Location: Avellino in the Campania region of southern Italy. It is situated in a plain surrounded by mountains 50 kilometres northeast of Naples and is an important hub on the road from Salerno to Benevento.

The Vineyards: A unique land.... oaks, olive trees and generous vines
Our vine yards are scattered within the whole Irpinia territory and are developed at an average height ranging from 400 to 600 meters above sea level. They are exposed at South East with clay and limestone soil. The height of the vineyards, the soil characteristics, the considerable temperature range and the Mediterranean terroir play a fundamental role in high quality production wines.


Historical notes: this vine has Hellenic origins. The Greeks introduced it in Campania in a little village that Romans conquered in 80 a. C.
Name: Taurasi DOCG

Soil: clay in Montemarano and Castelfranci, sandy in Mirabella

Maturation: 24/25 months in oak barrels 
Aging: 10/12 months in bottle
Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections
Smell: tobacco, wood,toasted coffee 
Taste: dry, strong, tannic
Pairings: to be served with roasted red meat, game, dishes with spices and truffles, ripe cheese.

Ghimel Salento Negroamaro 
Region: Apulia
Grape:100% Negroamaro

Soil: Adaptable to variety of soil

Harvest: End of August
Alcohol:14.00 % vol.
Color: The wine is deep red color,

full and dry.

Nose: The scent is with hints of

black berries.
Pairing: Roasted or braised meats, game, mature cheeses,

pasta typical of Salento tradition


Name: Terre Siciliane Nerello Mascalese IGT
Region: Sicily
Grape:  Nerello Mascalese 100%
Altitude: 200 mt. s.l.m.
Harvest: Mid of September . 
Soil: Predominantly clay-limestone hilly soils. Rich in minerals.
Alcohol: 14 % vol.
Pairing: Roasted and braised meat, game, roasted chestnuts.
Colour: Ruby red color load with purple. Intense complex and persistent aroma with hints  of red Berries and iris.          Taste: Fruity and powerful taste with hints of black mulberry, licorice, blueberry and currant.

Historical notes: it is an old vine of Roman times, was called “Latin” to distinguish it from the vines of Greek origins. 
Name: Fiano di Avellino DOCG
Blend: Fiano di Avellino 100%
Ground: Medium texture, loose. loamy
Vineyard:  Average 15 years
Harvest: Early October
Color: Yellow
Nose: intense with toasted hazelnuts 
Taste: soft and stylish with dried fruit notes
Pairings: to be served with soups, crustaceans and seafood, fish and white meat dishes, cream cheese.

Historical notes: this vine is one of the oldest of Avellino’s district; it was taken to Tufo’s area by Pelasgians of Thessaly in the first century b. C.
Name: Greco di Tufo DOCG
Blend: Greco di Tufo 100%
Soil: mainly argillaceous limestone
Maturation: three months in steel barrels.
Aging: at least one month in bottle
Colour: straw yellow 
Smell: hints of peach and blueberry with ash and iodine notes
Taste: mineral with origan and peel of citrus final notes
Pairings: to be served with fish and seafood dishes, cream cheese, risotto with porcini mushrooms.

Sintesi Terre Siciliane 
Region: Sicily
Grape: 100% Nero D’Avola Valle di Noto (
Harvest: Mid of September 
Soil: Clay-limestone soils. .
Alcohol:14 % vol.
Color: Red ruby load with purple, complex intense and persistent

Nose: Aroma with hints of red berries and iris.

Taste: Powerful and fruity taste with hints of black mulberry,   licorice,  blueberry and currant .

Pairing: Roasted or braised meats, seasoned cheeses, Parmesan eggplant

Name: Aglianico Campania DOC
Blend: Aglianico 100%
Vineyard age: Average 5 years
Harvest: End of October Early November
Aging: Ten months in barrels, six months in bottle
Color: Intense red ruby
Nose: Delicate red fruits, blackberry, black cherry, mature prune and licorice. 
Taste: Dense, smooth with soft fruits flavor
Pairings: Soups, meat dishes, white and red meat, cream and ripe cheese.


Name: Rosato Campania IGT
Blend: Aglianico 100%
Ground: volcanic, chalky clay
Vineyard age: 10 years
Harvest time: Mid-Late October
Vinification: Classic pink vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures
Color: dark pink with purplish highlights
Smell: delicate, fruity notes of apple and cherry
Taste: dry with notes of strawberry
Suggested pairings: fine with white meat and spicy seafood

Plauso Terre Siciliane Syrah 
Region: Sicily
Grape: 100%  Syrah
Harvest: Mid-September 
Soil: Predominantly calcareous soils. 
Finishing: Steel, later refinement in French oak barrels for 6 months 
Alcohol: 14 % vol.
Pairing: Roasted or braised meats, seasoned cheeses. 
Color: Red ruby load with purple

Nose: Intense aroma with hints of red  berries.

Taste: Powerful and fruity taste with hints licorice, blueberry and currant.


Favella Falanghia

Historical notes: it is an old vine cultivated around Campi Flegrei’s area, near Naples, and around Taburno, near Benevento. It takes the name from “falanga” that was the pole used to keep its very vigorous branches.

Blend: Falanghina 100%
Vineyard age: A average 15 years
Yield per hectare: around 80/120 quintals
Harvest: September until first of October 
Color: Straw yellow with greenish

Nose: fresh and fruity with citrus, pineapple and white flowers notes
Taste: very fresh tanks to acidity that is in balance with vine’s structure 
Pairings: ideal as an aperitif, to be served with crustaceans, seafood and fish dishes, white meat dishes, vegetables, cream and light ripe cheese.
