Maceration at low temperature upon grapes removal from the stalks. Follows a thermally controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel.

Tasting /

Staw-like yellow colour with green reflections. Citrus aromas, bergamot, white flowers typical of the mediterranean area. Good acidity, persistent on the nose.
