Straw yellow colour, on the nose notes of apple and banana, with hints of jasmine. In the mouth it’s fresh, sapid, soft, full bodied with a citrus aftertaste.

Maceration at low temperature, upon grapes removal from the stalks, and controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. Afterwards, there is a second fermentation in autoclave, also with controlled temperature, applying the Martinotti method.
