Grape Harvest / End of August for Sauvignon and Traminer, end of September for Trebbiano and Falanghina.
Vinification /
Maceration at low temperature, upon grapes removal from the stalks, and controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel.
Tasting /
Straw yellow colour, on the nose notes of yellow peach, with nuances of tropical fruits, lychee, mango and pineapple. Fresh full bodied and persistent with citrus aftertaste.
