Long maceration on peels for at least 4 weeks. The refinement is made in new barriques for at least 24 months and then in the bottle for at least 12 months.

Ruby red color. On the nose hints of berries, pomegranate in spirit, violet, and black truffle with hints of spices of pepper, cacao, and vanilla, soft and velvety, with a great elegance and persistence.
