For the harvest, we use perforated boxes of about 18 – 20 kg to protect in the best possible way the integrity of the grapes until the pressing. The very short maceration takes place in steel ferments in which the fermentation temperature can be regulated. Then the wine stops in steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16/17 º C, to preserve and enhance the fruit component. Rosea Luna ages for a short time in steel on its lees before bottling.
