Colour / The color is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, the perlage is very fine.
Nose / The scent is fresh and fragrant, reminiscent of yeast and bread crust.
Taste / In the mouth the taste is very fresh, dry and persistent.
Pairing / Ideal as an aperitif, fish dishes, vegetables and white meat.
